Family values.
We’re called VetPartners because we believe in working in true partnership with our family of practices.
Working in collaboration with practices, we care for people, their pets and our profession, and have created a culture of warmth and belonging.
No two practices are the same. We embrace and encourage that independent spirit, while at the same time supporting practices to provide outstanding care for patients and an excellent service for clients.
Our aim is to be the veterinary group of choice for both practices and employees and we do that by being a great place to work, expanding our business through the attraction and acquisition of desirable practices and developing the business in an efficient, ethical, sustainable and profitable way.
We develop individuals, practices and teams through investing in our people with high quality training and CPD and investing in our clinics by providing the latest technology, equipment and facilities.
While we have a clear line management structure, everyone makes the tea at VetPartners!
How we work
We are practice-focused and operations-led. We are committed to creating a working environment where practices and our teams can flourish and seek support if necessary.
We provide business support so our practices continue to be successful and thrive in the veterinary profession.
We work in a truly collaborative way. When our practices have great ideas, we encourage them to share them across the group so we all benefit.
All VetPartners practices are supported by a regional business development director (BDD) or a species director.
All of our BDDs have significant experience of working in a practice, which we feel is vitally important, and many are former practice owners, who made the decision to become part of VetPartners.
They work in collaboration with the practice leadership team and, by supporting a regional group of practices, promote local networking.
We help to ensure the job of our practice teams is as easy and enjoyable as possible so they can focus on what they love – caring for patients and clients.
